1. Service Overview

We create customized celebration webpages using content (images, text, music, etc.) provided by you.

2. Order & Payment

• 100% advance payment is required
• Work starts only after payment confirmation
• Payment = acceptance of all terms
• Prices are fixed unless stated otherwise

3. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery: 24–72 hours after receiving complete content
• Delays in content = delays in delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer

4. Revisions Policy

• Maximum 2 revisions included
• Minor changes: text, images, colors
• Major changes are chargeable

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for content accuracy, quality, and ownership.

6. Refund & Cancellation

• No refund once work starts
• No cancellation after work begins
• Refund only if we fail to deliver without valid reason

7. Hosting & Access

• Delivered via live link
• 25 days hosting
• Extended hosting may cost extra

8. Usage & Ownership

• Personal use only
• No resale or redistribution
• We may showcase your project in our portfolio only with your permission

9. Communication Policy

No response within 48 hours may delay or cancel the order.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for misuse, legal issues, or third-party failures.

11. Unforeseen Circumstances

Delays may occur due to technical issues or emergencies.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Acceptance

Placing an order means you agree to all terms.
